GMX Ultra Shield
GMX, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Garland Industries, which is an ISO 9001 certified supplier of waterproofing and roofing materials in the industrial, educational, commercial, and residential markets. They produce a range of cold-applied, premium, performance-driven waterproofing and roofing materials under the Ultra-Shield trade name. Each one is expertly formulated to meet the most demanding application challenges. Just as all applications differ in complexity and composition, so are the solutions which produce the best results.
Procor
Accelerate your construction schedule with Procor® Liquid Rubber System. Procor fluid-applied membranes are two-part, self-curing, rubber-based materials. The two parts mixed together on-site prior to use and are cold applied to the substrate. They cure within 24-48 hours and form a monolithic, flexible rubber membrane. Typical applications include foundation walls, tunnels, earth-sheltered structures, and planters. Plaza areas, balconies, walkways and parking decks are examples of applications in split slab construction.
The features of Procor are that it bonds to damp or green concrete, it is fast curing even in cold weather, and contains an auto-vulcanizing rubber membrane. It is 100% solids-chemical cured. Procor can be sprayed the same day your strip forms and a next-day backfill reduces liability. A cold-applied elastomeric compound bridges any cracks. The final solution is non-shrinking and is all-weather sprayable.
